Federico  Cella

 Federico Cella graduated in 1989 and received his doctor-ate in Geophysics and Volcanology from the University of  Naples Federico II, Italy in  1993. He is currently a Research Scientist in Earth Physics and, since 2004, a Lecturer in  Applied Geophysics at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Calabria, Italy. His current research interests include  potential fields and their applications in geophysical investigation and characterization, with special emphasis on signal  enhancement techniques, multiscale methods, and 3D inversion. He is a member of EAGE, SEG, and FIST. He received  the Loránd Eötvös Award in 2010.
